Effect September 10, 2008, The Bee will print your wedding announcement free in one of our nine newspapers and charge $15 per newspaper thereafter. Please select your free publication and paid publication(s) below.
Please fill out the following form in detail. Deadline for copy and photos is 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Extra copies of the papers are available at newsstand locations.
We prefer black and white original (not copy machine duplicates) 4X6, 5X7 or 8X10 photographs, can accept colored photos, vertically composed (but not full-length) photos.
You may either mail in your photo (see address below) or on a separate email attach your digital photo and send to Weddings@BeeNews.com. Please mail your photo to Bee Newspapers, Attention: Wedding Editor, PO Box 150, Buffalo, NY 14231-0150.
You may also deliver your photo to our office, 5564 Main Street, across from the Village Hall in the Village of Williamsville, 8:30am - 5pm (Deadline 5pm Tuesday) or drop off through our front door slot at anytime.
It will be very important the photo is well identified with maiden name of bride-to-be, fiancé's name, date of wedding, daytime phone number. The more identification the better. If you would like your mailed in photo returned, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope or you may pick up at our office.
There is a minimum waiting period of three months (12 weeks) between publication of an engagement announcement and a wedding announcement. Wedding announcements will not be published later than three months (12 weeks) after the date of the ceremony.
The Bee does not guarantee a publication date, and reserves the right to edit all material.

If you would like to submit your announcement with your photo, please hit the PRINT button below to print the information from your printer. If you print out the form, the information will NOT be sent electronically to the Bee. When printing, please choose the "Landscape" option in your printer settings to accommodate the width of the form.
